Shocking Incident Unfolds: Mumbai Diner Finds Dead Mouse in BBQ Nation's Veg Meal, Faces Health Crisis"

In a startling incident in Mumbai, Rajeev Shukla, a customer hailing from Prayagraj, ordered a vegetarian meal from BBQ Nation in Worli and made a distressing discovery—a deceased mouse in his food. The unfortunate encounter took place while he was consuming Dal Makhani, a part of the ordered meal.

Following this unsettling incident, the 35-year-old Rajeev had to undergo a 75-hour hospitalization at BMC’s BYL Nair Hospital due to health concerns. Swiftly responding to the situation, he filed a complaint at Nagpada Police Station against the owner, manager, and chef of Barbeque Nation. However, as of now, no First Information Report (FIR) has been filed in connection with the case.

Despite the severity of the complaint, the administration has yet to take decisive action against the restaurant.

Meanwhile, news agency IANS reported Rajeev Shukla stating, "I came all the way from Prayagraj to explore Mumbai, but this experience might mark my last trip. As a Brahmin and a strict vegetarian, I was shocked when my Barbeque Nation order arrived, revealing a dead rat and cockroaches in the food. This led to food poisoning, and I had to be admitted to Nair Hospital."
